One of my New Year’s resolutions was to try and live a healthier life. After gourging myself on cream cheese and hot sauce chicken dip, fried shrimp and crab wontons, and an enormous amount of chicken wings at the Super Bowl party last night I’ve realized that I’m not keeping up with my resolution.
